result

i was going through this online article and the thought hit back at me hard; will Ms. Sherawat gain the same stature 20 years down the lane what Ms. Zeenat Aman has today. Needless to say that whatever been her reputation back them, Aman is revered and well appreciated by today's young. And if we closely look we can surely trace more than singular similarities in two different timezones.
Does it mean that my belief in the fact that "only the result counts" (if ur not a success than no matter how much u screwed urself in its pursuit is of no worth) would not be shattered?

tolerance

if u want to crack something, u need to be tolerant...

Cat introduced me to Sudoku and i embarked upon solving one of the "difficult" illustrations, and this is wat i found out is needed in order to solve a puzzle or crack a problem:-

1. huge tolerance levels
2. calm head
3. cool, if not cold, water
4. clear paper
5. atleast 2 diff colored pencils/pens

i guess the top 3 things above are required to solve any problem, be it personal, professional, incidental, accidental, mental, natural, paranormal or maybe even sexual :p

tagging something...?

i had kinda took up and gave up blogging thing within the matter of 6 months... but i guess this thing is interesting enuf to make me start with this new blog, and one of the reasons being this tagging thingy, i understood what it actually is from Surinder's reply... and dear kelvinator kool kat (CC) was the one who tagged me :D

Total number of films I own on dvd/video:
ummm... more than half-a-dozen i guess :p

The last film I bought:
Silence of the Lambs

The last film I watched:
Daddy Day Care :D

Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me:
The Game
Dil hai ki manta nahi
Chandni
Notting Hill
Days of thunder

Tag five people and have them put this in their blog:
Prashant did his best to make me understand what tagging is #:)
TT has already been tagged by KK but lets see whom she replies first :D
Sophia likes playing...i guess :D
Hope Arunima isnt tagged yet :D
I saw this tagging thing on Shub's blog and although she's already been done in :p maybe she might do it again :D

This is wat Surinder has to say about what tagging means:-
"what u gotta do is pick this survey and post it up on your own blogs ... with your answers"

i guess females look much better in shirts as compared to tops, and shirts which dont have those feminine cuts, and when they tuck then inside the jeans...

rafting trip

i was getting bored and i wanted to write a memoir..abt my trip, so i thought why not kill the boring time by writing about one of the most interesting things that happened in last 1 month :D

after having the plan cancelled for least 3 times, twice of them in the past and one supposed to materialize in future, i was kinda desperate about making it a reality this time alto i wont say without any real deep apprehensions about the river-rafting conditions...yea river-rafting :D

promised mom that i wont do it if the water levels are too dangerous and left pop to be talked into not getting too angry about it by her (he wouldnt' have anyways got vocal about it even if too angry...) finally left for Prashant's home, its has kind of become a starting point of our small nice-times outstation :D. took a white line and headed to the bus adda, were amazed to see the number of buses leaving for Rishikesh, and looking at the quantity of the crowd in them, i wondered if we would get a seat abroad one of them and then on the rafts that i was dreaming about :D. anyways, we waited for a push-back(deluxe) kinds which never landed on the bus adda, hence got into one of the local buses. the seats were better and here is where we Indians have edge over other travelers cuz we can find reasons of considering the very thing we've just criticized like hell to be comfortable enuf for us to take our destination without forgetting the power naps that we very leisurely were able to take.

we reached Haridwar at dawn and it was so refreshingly cool, cuz Ganga was as much in air as on land...and the sight of it took my whole dizziness away. i guess it wasnt just sight but the smell the sound the air the water ...all those elements that make up that place Haridwar and helps you find the justification of it being called the final resting place...

slapped Prashant's shin to get him out of his stupid made-up slumber which he anywyas was not getting into and ask him to have a look at Ganga. and then we started waiting to reach Rishikesh. once in Rishikesh, we took an auto to reach the place where all the rafting shops are. after getting into a deal we went ahead looking to answer nature's call...

..i guess this memoir is too boring and isnt doing even a bit of justification to the kind of fun we had, thus i would be continuing it later...hopefully...

they

The problem with being true is that you really do not get what u desire and it is logical too that u should get what u want until u invests all your energies are craftsmanship into it. And females are master of this craftsmanship, they know how to keep things inside them and you won’t have an air of what u r posed to face 5 paces down the murderous love lane. u are a stupid fool if you get to feel for a woman when u don’t know what exactly she has deep down in her heart and the tragedy is that you would never be able to find that very thing out. You wont ever know what they want from u and what u would ever get from them, you will keep on showering your happiness and your care all over them and they will bask in the ecstasy and wont even think about repaying u when they will leave u. they will take your heart along with your sanity, your happiness, your cheer, your peace when they will leave u and wont care turning and looking and smiling at u just for old times sake. They will tempt you and make you believe n them and they will make u attain a state where you are used to their presence and their temptations and their teasing and then u feel uself alone and betrayed and deserted and then u could do nothing but acknowledge the power of theirs sometimes gracefully and sometimes bitterly...

delhi drivers championship

I have although never doubted it but after today my belief in the enormous talent of being an outspoken and brash but highly efficient navigator (or conductor for those who are not aware of the technicalities of rally mode car driving) that Prashant can be is cemented. He not only does pitches in with the semi-audible instructions about the distance between my bumper and the left most invisible object but pumps you with those bouts of energy that makes u believe in the fact that the other drivers deserves every bit of sound that escapes his pure heart and shares your load of reminding them that they are MCs and BKLs and unki BkB and unki MkiC with the biggest shares of these sound-medallions taken by those who perpetually drive in high-beams with those changing lanes without indicators coming close at second. there are others and many of those who thoroughly deserve these medallions but I guess I should leave the task to the deserving PhD student who would take out the thesis to study the effect of audacious driving on your heart rates in Delhi and give proper tables illustrated with the
percentages about different types of these seemingly-innocent-about-their-incapability-to-understand-therules-of-responsible-driving-a##blockedho!es drivers.
