reality v/s virtual

a friend of mine called me up day before. apparently he has read my last article regarding yahoo messenger. it's funny if not tragic that i am writing about the same thing again...

this friend of mine was courting this female for some time, i guess 6 odd months, online. and she was very excited about him and wanted to meet him as she was really attracted to him. this friend was so too. the problem was that the guy was just an inch over five feet and this girl, i guess, two. she knew it all along and told him that she din't care. sometimes in the last week they met and haven't talked since - i mean online (or else).

i thought yahoo or any messenger brought people together but i guess till reality do them apart...
