curb

i was thinking about the title of some tv serial, curb your enthusiasm, i guess it was. well, i was rather thinking about saying something about curbing your curiosity. it's funny and it's sad that we are not able to hold ourselves. it might be holding yourself back from running into trouble or it might be holding yourself from asking somebody certain thing when the certain somebody is not certain about telling you certain stuff. but whatever it is, i just have one question - why don't we have this knob which we can turn on or off when we want to curb out curiosity.
