rain
i never said i hate rains but the reasons for not liking rains are different from other years. the rains are utterly romantic, the way the water falls, it seems to quench all the thirst that our body or our soul ever possessed.
it's been raining since morning today. and it is more than just drizzle. the volumes are more, such that it would drench you in not more than 10 minutes under open skies and i am loving it. i am eating Cheetos Cheese Balls and they seem to be near appropriate substitute for kachories which i am so very much missing right now. i am infact curbing my urge to call up mom and ask her to cook kachories tonight but then i think i should ask her to cook them on saturday morning. i can then eat them, while watching rains, in the balcony.
i just saw people waiting for themselves to move towards their cars, waiting for rains to stop so that they don't get wet. they were waiting and staring in no-space. i smiled and wondered that if they were missing all the romance that is seeping away when they can actually feel it. maybe they were feeling it but i am sure that they weren't enjoying it. i mean i felt like they were looking through the rain. i think looking at rain is as beautiful as looking at full moon. it is as satisfying as looking at some thing of beauty. and i am sure that this is what they call thing of beauty, the falling rain.
