the holi weekend - nice!
first of all
to everybody
the weekend started well, in anticipation of one of the liveliest festivals. in fact i shall call it a celebration for than a festival. HOLI - a license to total fun.
but let me do this chronologically.
friday night was dedicated to another sad movie, a third one in the row. the last kind of scotland and a scene so gross that i had to help myself with a glass of water. please were sick all around at that scene which was horrifying. a movie very different from what i expected how it would be. actually the name introduced the assumptions and therefore the confusion ensued. the movie told me some things, first one being the aversion to travel which is so inherent to orthodox hinduism still has some roots in us. u travel to some place you don't know and it is a joyride from the moment you step in. exactly what happens to the character of dr. ganiger [apologies if i didn't spell it right]. and then those quickies, they are so risky, that my soul shook after seeing what landed the doctor a quickie in to.
saturday morning passed napping and afternoon saw me going to north campus which was devoid of lovely faces. but CP made up for that loss [seems like the charm is coming back to CP]. bought shoes without any plan and TT rackets according to the plan. watched many lovely girls and had a patty and a pastry at wenger's. all in all great time passed. evening again was past without anything of note.
sunday the holi morning seem to be passing boringly until i reached the cousin's place where i was mobbed while saving my cousin from her neighbours. totally drenched, huge fun. came back to ankur's place and went to prashant's for he was to leave in some time. and then ankur had plans to go play TT little later. and i jumped to the idea. went to play TT. discovered can't play TT a bit but when a sweet looking kid [she wasn't more than 20; although she had oodles of talent {i was not able to take my eyes off}, i was happy to hear she wanted to play with me apparently because her bro wasn't willing to continue and i was the only one free] somehow my shots were looking like coming back to me. couldn't understand the uptight stacks were the inspiration or what :P [sorry if i sound gross - but i can't stop myself from appreciating something beautiful]. so nice half-hour session with the sweet little thing.
came back and wanted to write. now will go and eat the pulao :)
HAPPY HOLI!!!!
