have any you people experienced or noticed the sharp rise in the real estate prices nowadays?

i mean, prices are shooting like they won't stop. owners are asking anything they feel like for whatever extra piece of land that they have and want to sell.

even alice had some plans of buying a house for herself sometimes back, but i guess she has dropped the plans too, maybe because of these prices.

infact, you can buy much bigger Vacation Home Orlando based, atleast in the same price band :p
