i was taking to a friend of mine in Preston, England the other day. He was pretty displeased with something and after some nagging i was able to extract that the cause of his displeasure is his apparently quashed plans of opening up an office space in London which has seem to overtook Tokyo, New York and Mumbai in terms of office rental rates.

I was pretty surprised... i mean i have heard the names of Tokyo and Mumbai in the list earlier but it was really susprising to discover New York office space at such steep positions.
